This Privacy Policy describes how Next313, a registered d/b/a of Dignetix Ltd(“Next313”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website at next313.com and engage our services. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and deliver our services.

Information you provide

• Project discovery form: your name, title, email, phone, company name and DBA, website, industry, headcount, the problem and requirements you describe, and project/engagement details.
• Billing details (when you engage us): billing contact name and email, billing address, and tax-exempt status.
• Other stakeholders: if you provide names, roles, or emails of other decision-makers, we process that information to coordinate your engagement. You confirm you are authorized to share it.

Technical & usage information

• Log and diagnostic data (IP address, browser, device type, timestamps)
• Aggregated, privacy-preserving analytics used only to improve the site

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

3. How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry and scope, deliver, and support engagements
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices
• Communicate with you about your project and our services
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not train artificial-intelligence models on the information you submit to us.

4. How we share information

We share information only with trusted providers necessary to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing for the Discovery deposit and invoices
• Resend — transactional email delivery; we use it to send your completed intake to our team and to email you a confirmation
• Microsoft 365 — our business email, where your intake is received and retained as email
• Vercel — website hosting
• For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights and safety
• In a business transfer — subject to the protections of this policy

We do not store your discovery submission in a separate application database; it is delivered and retained as email, together with the payment record held by Stripe.

5. Data storage & security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of an incident affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry and engagement information for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time (see your rights below).

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, object to, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise them, email launch@next313.com; we respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may operate servers in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to measure site traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers, so no cookie-consent banner is required. Stripe may set cookies necessary to process payments during checkout.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice before they take effect.
