See available productsOr learn how we engage on custom work

Next313 builds custom software for businesses — that is one half of what we do. The other half is the Software as a Service (SaaS) products we build for ourselves, which any business in the right shape can subscribe to without an engagement. Same engineering bar, off-the-shelf delivery.

Products vs. custom Subscriptions

What’s the difference?

Next313 offers two ways to get software on a subscription. They look similar from a distance but they are structurally different, and the difference matters when you are deciding which one fits your operation.

A Next313 product
Started byYou subscribing directly
Built whenAlready built — you sign up and use it
Configured forA pattern many businesses share
PricingPublished monthly tiers, transparent up front
Best forOperational problems already common across your industry
A custom Subscription
Started byA paid Discovery and a proposal that recommends Subscription
Built whenAfter Discovery, against your specific operational diagnosis
Configured forYour business specifically, within productizable patterns
PricingQuoted at Discovery, then monthly
Best forOperational problems a product does not yet cover

If a Next313 product fits your situation, that is the lowest-friction way to get the software. If your operation needs something a product does not cover, Discovery is the right path — and Discovery sometimes recommends one of our products as the right answer.

Questions about Next313 products

Good questions, answered.

Do Next313 products include support?

Yes. Every Next313 product subscription includes infrastructure operation, security patches, bug fixes, feature roadmap, and a documented support channel. Specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms vary by product and tier — see the product detail page for the published terms.

Can I get a product customized for my business?

Sometimes, within limits. Products typically support configuration — branding, integration mapping, role-based permissions, workflow customization — without bespoke engineering. If your need goes beyond configuration into structural changes, that is a custom Subscription engagement starting with Discovery, not a product modification.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You receive a full export of your data in standard machine-readable formats — comma-separated values (CSV) and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) — at any time, with or without cancellation. Cancellation ends the Subscription on the date you specify; data is retained for a defined retention period (typically 30 to 90 days) before being purged.

Is there a free trial?

It depends on the product. Some Next313 products offer a free trial, others a paid pilot, others a demo-and-quote flow. The product detail page names the specific path for each.

Can I use a Next313 product alongside a custom Next313 Subscription?

Yes. Many operational stacks benefit from a productized core (a Next313 product) with one or two custom Subscriptions filling gaps the product does not cover. Discovery can recommend exactly this combination if it fits.

How are Next313 products different from a typical Software as a Service (SaaS) competitor?

Two ways. First, Next313 products come from real operational diagnoses across multiple Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients — they exist because the problem they solve is one we kept seeing, not because a product manager spotted a market gap. Second, Next313 is part of Dignetix® Ltd, which means a real operating team in Detroit, Michigan stands behind every product over the multi-year lifespan you need from operational software.

Two ways to start.
